Why become a reseller with CommsFM?
Offer more comprehensive solutions to your customers, whilst keeping control of your relationship with them - that’s what becoming a CommsFM Reseller is all about.
CommsFM strives to support our resellers on every level; through onboarding, ongoing training, opportunity support and monthly correspondence; which highlights industry news, trends and special offers to keep you informed, as well as details of new products and services which you can add to your portfolio.
We help and support our resellers by encouraging them to stay up to date with laws and regulations which could affect them and their clients. We also provide continuous training on products, services and systems. We can offer support when trying to close deals with your clients; from providing supporting marketing material to joining client meeting when needed. Because of our close relationship with BT, we can also request BT Business specialists to accompany you on client meetings and give you the technical support you need to make the sale.
CommsFM will tailor our support to your level of experience, so if you need extra support initially, we’ll be happy to provide it and if you are experienced in offering the solutions which we can allow you to supply, we can have little to no involvement – it’s entirely up to you. We will provide access to online portals where you can place and check your own orders but we’ll also be available if you need additional information or if something goes wrong.
We have a strict non-compete policy, so if you are in contact with a prospective client, CommsFM will not bid for the business.
Becoming a CommsFM reseller opens another revenue stream for your business, particularly in being able to offer BT Business solutions to your customers, which is relatively rare in the industry. As you sell more, you’ll earn more, with our generous commission scheme.
A further benefit of becoming a Reseller with CommsFM is that it gives you access to authorised BT Business Branding. This branding can be used on your correspondence with your prospective clients, when marketing BT products, and can be a differentiator when working in competitive situations, with BT being widely recognised as a well-known and respected telecoms provider.
