CommsFM works very closely with our tier one partners giving our resellers access to specialist training programmes, service information, the latest products and highly skilled staff.
CommsFM strives to support our resellers on every level through our monthly correspondents which highlight both new products and service and industry news and trends giving you a complete overview of the marketplace.
We help and support our resellers by encouraging them to stay up to date with laws and regulations which could affect them and their clients. We also provide continuous training on products, services and ordering platforms. We can also support when trying to close deals with your clients. From providing supporting marketing material to coming with you to client meeting when the opportunity requires it. Because of our close relationship with BT we can also request BT specialists to accompany you to client meetings and give you the support you need to make the sale.
You are in complete control of your business so if you don’t feel you need to support CommsFM will not get involved. We have a strict non-compete policy. Therefore, if you are in contact with a prospective client CommsFM will not bid for the business.
Depending on your company’s level of experience CommsFM can have little to no involvements once you sign up for our Reseller channel. You are given access to online portals where you can place your own orders.
A further benefit of becoming a Reseller with CommsFM is that it gives you access to authorised BT branding. This branding can be used in your correspondence with your prospective clients and give your business another level of authority as BT is a widely recognised and respected telecoms provider.
